INTRODUCTION

Company for advising, consulting, and education DOLIZA dooel, Skopje trading as Riskure Academy (hereinafter: "we", "us", "our"), wants your purchasing experience to be simple, secure, and transparent. This Payment and Refund Policy describes our payment methods, purchase conditions, and refund procedure.

1. Payment methods

All purchases on the Riskure Academy platform are processed through Lemon Squeezy, a specialized payment processor for digital products. Lemon Squeezy accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Other payment methods available in your region through the Lemon Squeezy platform.


Riskure Academy does not collect or store your payment card data. All payments are processed securely and directly through the secure Lemon Squeezy platform, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

2. Pricing and currency

All prices listed on the Riskure Academy platform are expressed in Euros (EUR), unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the one stated at the time of purchase.

Any currency conversion costs depend on your payment method and your bank, and are not within the control of Riskure Academy.

3. Course access

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the purchased course. The access period is stated on each course page prior to purchase and may vary from course to course (e.g., lifetime access or access limited to a specific time period).

Course access is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account or login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund policy – 14 days, no questions asked

Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase, with no reason required.

Conditions for a refund:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
  • The request must be submitted by email to: [email protected].
  • Your email must include: your full name, the email address used at purchase, and the name of the course for which you are requesting a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at purchase, within 5–10 business days of approval.

5. Exceptions to the refund policy

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • The request is submitted after the 14-calendar day period from the date of purchase.
  • Abuse of the refund policy is identified (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests for the same course).
  • The course was purchased at a promotional price or with a gift voucher – unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms and conditions.

6. Refund process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Include: your full name, the email address used at purchase, and the course name.
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days and notify you of the status of your request.
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within 3 business days and funds will arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
